Frequently asked
How are trims and accessories delivered?
Lengths over 2m ship on our timber courier service; smaller items go by parcel.
Will the finish match my floor?
Unfinished trims can be finished on site with the same oil or lacquer as your floor for a perfect match. Pre-finished options are close matches to common floor finishes — order a sample or call us if you're unsure.
Can lengths be cut to size?
Lengths are supplied full-size for you or your fitter to cut on site — this gives the cleanest joints. If you need something bespoke, call the showroom.
