Delivery Information
UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all products from our UK-based warehouse as quickly as possible. Delivery services are arranged to give you choice and flexibility:
- Standard Delivery – Delivered within a few working days after dispatch.
- Next Working Day Delivery – For orders placed before cut-off times.
- Timed or AM Delivery Options – Available on request (subject to area availability).
All deliveries are shipped kerbside only. It is your responsibility to ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for and unload the goods. Most shipments will arrive on a pallet with protective packaging.
If there are access restrictions (for example narrow access, limited turning space, stairs, or no forklift access), please inform us before placing your order so that we can help arrange suitable delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply for specialist deliveries.
Deliveries Outside Mainland UK
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and other UK islands are available but may incur additional charges. These rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis — please contact our sales team for a quote before placing your order.
Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all goods on delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or products:
- Note the damage on the courier’s paperwork (signed as damaged)
- Contact our customer support team as soon as possible
- Provide photos or videos of the damage
This helps us resolve issues quickly either by replacing damaged items or issuing a refund where appropriate.
